Do you enjoy dancing?
Have you ever tried Scottish Country Dancing? Why not come along to The Harrogate Strathspey and Reel Club and give it a try? We are affiliated to the RSCDS (Royal Scottish Country Dance Society)
Whether you are a complete beginner or an accomplished dancer you will be made most welcome. Dress is informal, with soft shoes or plimsolls. No need to come with a partner – everyone dances with everyone else during the evening and that is part of the fun. All ages most welcome.
There is a break for refreshments and a chat. Our teachers are very good and have plenty of patience.
We meet at St. Luke’s Parish Centre, Franklin Square, via Franklin Road, (off King’s Road) HG1 5EL each Monday evening from 7:30 – 9:45pm.
The cost is £3-50 per evening, but your first evening is free. Most people pay a subscription for half or whole year.Either just turn up or ring Norma Ironside or Pat Lowe for more details.
The next season starts on Monday, 5th September 2016. Hope to see you there!
